Warranty Policy

FLY PROJECT WARRANTY

Every new Fly Project product is covered by a Limited Original Owner 2 Year Warranty by CSWW, Inc., (the “Company”). Company warrants Fly Project products to be free of defects in manufacturing and workmanship for the 2 year period beginning on the date of original purchase. This limited warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss, intentional breakage, modification or customization of any Fly Project product, This limited warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod, reel or other Fly Project product only, and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the Fly Project product. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Fly Project product.  While this limited warranty gives the original purchaser specific legal rights, the original purchaser may also have other rights that vary from state to state. For example, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Company reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any Fly Project product covered by this limited warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts.

Company reserves the right to repair or to replace a Fly Project rod and/or Fly Project reel for a warranty fee of $50.00 on rods and reels, and reserves the right to make that determination. If the rod breaks because of a defect in workmanship or materials during the 2 year limited warranty period, then Fly Project will replace or repair the Fly Project rod and/or Fly Project reel for no charge (other than shipping charges if needed to be shipped back to The Fly Project).

Fly Project rods, reels or other products are warrantied to be to be free of defects in manufacturing and workmanship for the 2 year period beginning on the date of original purchase. Each rod found to be defective, upon review by the Company, will be replaced at no cost to the original purchaser outside of shipping costs. Freight to return a defective rod, reel or other product will be borne by the customer, and freight to return a new rod will be borne by Company. This rod replacement will be limited to only one replacement rod.  Any damage deemed to be caused by the customer will not be eligible for this warranty replacement policy.


HOW TO MAKE A FLY PROJECT WARRANTY RETURN

To make a Fly Project warranty return, please fill out the form below. Please include all requried contact info and tell us more about your warranty return. We require a minimum of one supporting image, but multiples can be uploaded and helps us in processing your warranty return. 

Warranty returns are welcome at any House of Fly authorized retailer. A list of Authorized Retailers can be found on our website at https://flyproject.us/house-of-fly-locations

If applicable, please include the MFG Number and Production Code along with an image of your damaged or broken product. This will help speed up the warranty process.


How to find your RODS MFG Number and Production Code

MFG Number: This number is found between the cork handle and the rod description. This number can be identified as a series of letters and numbers. For example: PO590-4

Production Code: Once you've found the MFG Number, turn the rod over to find the production code. This code is typically 3 digits. For example: K19

NOTE: Not all Fly Project rods have a MFG Number and Production Code printed on the blank. If your rod doesn't have either of these, please do your best to describe the rod (rod weight, length, model name, etc.)
