Rene Harrop's CDC Spent Midge

Rene Harrop developed this spent midge with CDC wings and a full hackle. The full hackle from the bottom view looks like spent wings and the CDC helps it float and the fly sinks in to the water column. This fly is tied from an 18 all the way down to a size 24.
