This model has a crisp medium fast action and is tricked out with graphite reel seats and titanium coated stripper guides. All components on the rods are salt friendly and each rod comes with a special case that holds more than your rod. The case measures 2 3/4" x 7" x 17" and has room for the rod, a reel and spool, a fly box or two, tippet, leaders, nipper, and everything you need for your days fishing. When fully assembled, this rod feels just like a traditional 3 or 4 piece 9 foot, 5 weight rod.
