When will my items ship?
Most orders will ship within 48 hours of purchase (during regular business days). Orders placed over the weekend will not ship out until Monday, unless in the case of a holiday (New Year's Day, 4th of July, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Labor Day, Presidents Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas).
How long does shipping usually take?
At the moment we offer ground shipping. In-stock merchandise will normally arrive 3-6 regular business days after the order is received. We use whichever carrier (USPS or UPS) can give you the best deal. For more information, visit

I just placed an order, how do I know it's on the way?
Once an order is placed, a order confirmation is sent to your inbox. Once the order is packed and checked in, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. This tracking number is linked and takes you to the tracking information regarding your order.
I've recieved a partial order, where is the rest of it?
On occasion orders are fulfilled from multiple locations, depending on product availability. If all of your items don't come in one package, it's likely it has been pulled from two different locations and shipped as a split order. You will recieve a shipment notification and a tracking number for each shipment.
How do I view my account information?

From your account page, you can view your orders, downloadable products, wish lists, address book, account information, store credit, stored payment methods, gift card information, billing agg-reements, gift registry, invitaionts, back-in-stock subscriptions, returns, compare products, and view recently ordered products.
