Fly Project Haka Glass (Gen 1)

We wanted to develop a smooth and laid back casting tool for smaller waters or dead calm days on the Missouri.  We are using the most responsive fiberglass that we could find which makes the rod a little bit quicker than old school glass rods.  This rod is surprisingly quick and light but make no mistake that it is still a glass rod with a moderate slow action.  We used a traditional cork handle and reel seat, single foot guides, and the rod has a translucent red color. 

The word Haka comes from the New Zealand ceremonial dance and represents a "challenge".   

The Haka glass comes in 2 models; both a 3 and 4wt and come in a Cordura tube with dividers
