Sparse but mighty
The Punisher is one of Chicone’s simpler but very effective patterns. The punisher is like a seaducer in that it is simple and sparse which makes it excellent for throwing in to creeks and shallow water without spooking fish. This pattern is fully synthetic and that gives it the advantage of nearly always staying ready to fish by not having feathers that are twisted or misbehaving. This is a great pattern for targeting snook or tarpon.
