Phil Rowley's Water Floatman

Rowley's Water Floatman is a foam back, floating water boatman imitation. Water boatman leave the water to mate and then return to the water, splashing down on the lake surface like big rain drops. Rowley's Water Floatman imitates this behavior and Trout key in on this pattern as if it were a boatman swimming from the surface back down through the water column.
