“The TFP, Sam and Paul are IN THE WILD. ”
This trip Sam and Paul raid the reject pile of TFP flies and go fish some less popular water in central Montana in search of finding something new. They test some new footwear, and some new rod blanks as they built the ultimate fly rod collection that was later released.
Paul breaks the ice with a toad Carp. The Carp knew his tricks and didn’t fall for the ole “dangle”. Paul had to swing the fly into the run to entice it, classic. After moving spots, Sam did what Sam does and caught fish on a dry fly. The last little brown he caught gave him a run for his money.
